About us

KiO Consulting is a Taipei-based Israeli-owned consulting company.KiO means ‘A Bridge’ (橋) in the Taiwanese dialect (Tái yǔ) which symbolises our mission, bridging the West and Taiwan. We established the company in 2020 during the COVID-19 global crisis to bridge the gap into the Taiwanese market in a smooth and ‘eyes on the ground’ approach. Saar Etzioni (林震哲) KiO’s founder, is an Israeli entrepreneur and business development manager with ten years of IT and business acumen co-founded two companies in Israel and Taiwan, and holds an MBA from Ruppin Academic Center. KiO is cooperating with multiple key players in the ICT and Financial industries, allowing us to access resources and leads not available to our competitors.

Our knowledge of the Taiwanese business culture and the vast network created over the years with our unique and personal touch, allows us to communicate and bridge the cultural gap between the West and Taiwan.
